Cutting is not a criminal offense, punching someone in the face is. Let the bar eject him for his behavior. Both parties could have handled it better, however I almost always only take the first offender, depending on the level of retaliation and time frames. Had she not grabbed and punched him he probably would not have touched her. I know plenty of women that could break your nose. I have went on many a call where the woman was attacking the man and then was awfully offended when they got punched, and called 911.
