I can't believe the first penalty was called in the 3rd period but it's getting to the point in the series and cup race where refs will get more stuff go. We played a solid game today IMO, Elliot just played a better game.

That's where my thoughts are at. We took our cracks at Elliott, he just didn't let them go through.

Hopefully last shitty game they'll play. Need to escape the forecheck and make a good first pass out of the zone and to do that they may have to take a hit.

And for love of Christ can we score and hold that lead for more than a minute.

I don't see a reasonable way for the Stars to beat the Blues four times. Not to say the Stars aren't good, I just think they are outmatched.

I liked the fight to get back and to tie it in the 3rd. Heck we had chances in overtime to end it, but penalties cost us. I'm not surprised by what the Blues did. I knew they were going to come and punch us in the mouth.
