Too early to talk DFWM Fantasy football?

Injuries are high this year. I lost Charles in one league and have had to adapt.

The combination of speed, and rule changes in the game have caused a lot of these injuries.

Injuries killed me in my league too - Le Veon Bell, and Edelman were the daggers. I'm having to make weekly fill ins at both WR spots and a RB for the FLEX.
The winner of my head to head this weekend makes the playoffs. I'm not confident on winning, but I do have Cam at QB and Amendola vs Phi at WR. If they go apeshit I have a shot, but I'm playing against Brady so ... the Amendola play is largely a hedge.

I fucking HATE that the first tie breaker is points scored.

Big Ben, Eddie Lacy, Alshon Jeffery, Demaryius Thomas, and many, many others have been injury plagued this season. I can't even name them all, that's just how bad it has been. I've had to make 40something moves this season on the waiver wire. In our league, top 4 go to playoffs. I'm sitting in fifth, on a 5 game win streak, with the same record as the 4th place team. The tie breaker is points scored. It doesn't matter that in our only matchup this season, I SLAUGHTERED the 4th place team by 40+ points. It only matters that I've scored roughly 200 points less than him for the season.

I should win this weekend, and #4 should lose, which would put me where I need to be. I hate that it's down to the wire like this though, and the first tie breaker should always be your record vs the tied opponent, then fall to points scored.

It really sucks when you try to pick up the Panthers D on Wednesday and the waiver claim won't take affect till Saturday. I felt it was going to be an ass whooping. I expected an INT or 2 from Romo, but damn I didn't think they would get 2 td's off of them.

My league this year is a lot more money and a lot better players than I've dealt with before. So far I've averaged 125 points a week, and I'm 6-5 right now. Twice this season I've been over 160pts and lost.

This league was horrible this week. Thankfully, Ben sucked more than me (just like in the boys locker room).

And sliding home with a 59.68 to 57.62 thriller is team DYNOMITE!
