This has to be one of the sloppiness games I've ever seen. And that was before the rain.
Chapman gets frustrated after strugging, walks one, 3-1 count, and they stop the game. It seemed very clear that Chapman signaled to Girardi, told him he was done, and then Girardi had a pow wow with the umpires to stop the game. In my opinion it wasn't because of rain.
