Still scoreless through 5. Ogando has thrown 60 pitches now. 2 hits, 4Ks. Verlander is pretty much matching him pitch for pitch though. Fast moving game. Game is barely an hour and 10 mins old and we're already in the 6th.

Rangers pitchers have a 22 inning scoreless streak going on. They have not given up a run since 2nd inning of the 13-1 win over the O's. Who'd ever think the Rangers strength would be pitching?

My thoughts exactly!!! The top half was quick, I'd would at least run Ogando out there and see. Of course since they're still stretching him out they probably have him limited on pitch count.

Well if that is a valid reason that is ok. He has done enough to get the game won. Would have loved to see him go the whole way with a shutout.
