Any recommendations for a decent? I've seen some go from about $100 to $500. Like to stay around 150 range if possible.

I've got one of the first foodsavers that ever came out. Well, I did anyways. Go look at Tuesday Morning if you have one near you. I picked mine up for under $100, and it worked great.Originally posted by Geor! View PostThis is the one I have.
It works fine. Newer model is $210

Good luck. I can't find any. Haven't been to Central Market yet, but that's the last place I want to go @ $29-39/lb.Originally posted by Rafa View PostGonna hold a few more days. Plan on picking up a few pounds of CR salmon when I get one.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Tom Thumb is where I usually go. It only lasts for a week and a half or so. Usually priced at $9.99/lb. Central Market will rape you on it, at 2-3 times the price. But, when I stopped at TT, the guy said he didn't know if they would get any in, and claimed in the three years he has worked there they have only had it once. I know that's not true, because I buy it at the same store every year.Originally posted by Brandon-k View PostWhere is a good grocery store to look for the CR salmon?
Rafa- that may be true. I could have sworn season opened last week, according to what I read. Oh well. I'll keep checking.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.
