Eh I like cooking most of my meats outside. Just curious if anyone's had success by doing it on a gas grill.

Stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon, might do some fajitas as well.

If you're going to do that, why not just throw it in an oven? Season it, wrap it in foil, & throw it in an oven at 275 for 6-8 hrs.Originally posted by idrivea4banger View PostHow hard is it to cook brisket on a gas grill??
I plan on cooking all day long and wondered if I could add this to my superbowl food fest.

Can't go wrong with cheese filled "Lil Smokies" wrapped in garlic croissant's....aka pigs in a blanket.

Going to smoke a butt and make some beans, jalapeno coleslaw, wings, and some dips.

Boston butt, 2 racks of ribs, brisket, and a few wings. Should be a full day, pun intended.

Steak nachos, homemade taquitos, and chicken tacos. Red rice and pinto beans for the sides.
