Thanks for picking me up an extra primal of tenderloin Zack. I got in my wusthof knives last night and plan on slicing that bad boy up.

Wusthofs aren't that bad. They were my first set of knives that I bought to work in the kitchen. I bought a Shun a little over a year ago, and I love it. Oh yeah, if you wanna age those steaks, the best way is to break them down and wrap them in some paper towels. Change the paper towels every day. I know this because I have been a chef for 10 years. Have fun with all of that protein. I plan on doing something like this soon.
