i think village burger bar is my favorite burger spot. i know it's not the best burger ever but the quality toppings (all free) make the burger more than a burger.

i do think kenny's is a better burger but id rather have VBB 9 times outta 10 because for $6.25 i can get a burger with: goat cheese, garlic aioli, fire roasted chilies, grilled jalapenos, roasted red peppers, sauteed mushrooms and caramelized bourbon onions. that is hard to beat.

I haven't had most other of the recommendations here, namely if it's downtown, Twisted Root, Stans, or Moo-yah. I just have a problem typing that because they look like they will be a letdown.

Kellers used to make a fine burger but haven't been in ten years.

Ate there today. Wife thought I was joking when I finished my burger and told her I was having another for desert!!!

The porch makes a fine burger too, especially the Stodg.

Stans in The Colony is a top five burger.

And the burger at back nine is pretty decent.

I'm not a big fan of smasburger. I'll have to give suffers another shot, I stopped goingbecause the burger was so salty iI couldn't finish it. I like twisted root, but I think their burgers are just average.

I have heard that Maple & Motor adds brisket to their hamburger meat, and their buns are really good, too.

Ate at the one in Rockwall Friday. They are no where near as salty as they used to be. Before they were barely edible. I found their Bacon Bleu burger and is actually pretty good.....

That's the same burger I like.

The "heart attack" comes in the form of those bacon/cheddar fries. Holy SHIT that's some good stuff!
