N Main in Euless is good, but being an all you can eat joint, you HAVE to get there early for the good stuff. If you're going around 2 or later, don't bother. Too dry.

Used to live at this place....and this was the only place that really came to mind. and you are absolutely correct about it being too dry later in the day... but even when its too dry still better than a majority of the other places out there.
