I recieved a smoker for christmas. I have never smoked anything, but I've seen it done and i'm usually eating it and loving it. Can someone give me some tips, like how long, what tempature needs to be kept. It has a temp gauge but ive seen some of you guys use a meat probe, ideas. TIA...'H'
