  • Hot Wing Sauce?

I have a hot wing sauce recipe that I like to make, but I grill my wings, so getting the sauce to stay on them is a challenge. It tends to want to run right off, so we end up eating them out of them bowl I toss them in. Any tips on what I could add to the sauce to help it stick to the wings?

    Duct tape.

I just toss them in a bowl to coat them with the sauce too.

I grill mine, toss them in a bowl with butter, then sauce.

Sounds like you want a more BBq style sticky sauce? Look out on the web for some recipes with honey or some teriyaki style. The carmelization is what allows the sauce to stick to the wings. Sure you can find some heat combinations on that. Sounds tasty actually with the sweet and the heat.

Really though, just some salt/pepper (brine and marinades are pointless for wings) and then a bath/soak in sauce after they come off the grill is where the magic happens.
