New smoker....

Well at least for a restaurant called "3 Stacks" that is now in Frisco. Haven't driven by it or even heard of it, but was behind this "beast" of a smoker trailer a few days ago.

There was a large truck-smoker like that at the F1 race in Austin in November. Had some of it, sucked.
