Man Ive been wanting to go to a crawfish brooil for awhile or do one. I havent had it in years!

I'd say in a month or so when they are a little bit cheaper and the crawfish are bigger.
I got some 3 weeks ago and some this weekend, price has dropped about 50 cents a pound.
They are running for 3.25 / lb for me.

I had great luck with captain daves seafood market. Their sacks are 30-35lbs @ $ 3.95 a lb. He has been emailing me for the past two weeks saying yhe suppliers traps are full....But I'm also an idiot with a slow car.

I tried some baby portabella shrooms in my mudbug boil last season and they are like soft raquet balls full of seasoning.

Boiling crab is good, but it seemed like all of the food was boiled before it was seasoned, the crawfish had tons of flavor on the outside, but you had to lick your fingers to get the flavor on the meat.
