So this weekend I made a bacon bomb and some stuffed chicken. The bacon bomb was a bacon weave with sausage on top, then a halved/smoked Jalepeno, BBQ sauce, cheese, and smoked garlic sausage all wrapped up and smoked. I've got some ideas on how to make it better next time, but I really liked it, it's damn tasty.
Then I took some chicken breast and hammered them out nice and thin. I had made a big batch of collards, so inside the chicken breast I stuffed them with black pepper smoked Gouda cheese, collards, and seasoned them. Then I wrapped them in Bacon and baked them... damn good stuff.
