Best BBQ in the Metroplex

It's decent, but whatever you do, don't get the ribs. I used to work part time at the lowes across the street and went there pretty often. I tried pretty much everything and the only thing that really disappointed me were the ribs. I talked to the owner about it the next time I was in and he said its because he didn't make them. He feels he has the best BBQ in the area and is not shy about it. Try a fat jap while you are there, jalepeno stuffed with cream cheese and pulled pork wrapped in bacon and smoked.Originally posted by Silverback View PostDat's Good BBQ
I haven't been to fat cow yet.

heh, I have cookouts every so often, but I am not going to compete or say anything I do is better than someone else's. I just cook it the way I like it and learned to say f' it if you don't like it...cause I DO like it.Originally posted by BradM View PostI'm ready for a throw down with bcoop, silverback, ceyko, and anyone else willing to cook some BBQ!

I've heard good things about them but have never been there. I need to check them out.Originally posted by SC457A View PostI really liked Meshack. Its in Garland. Great food. Just keep in mind, no where to sit.
Never been to Fat Cow, haven't been to the Hard 8 in Coppell, but I've been to Lockhart in the Bishop Arts District on a few occasions and wasn't to impressed. This was all in the first 3 or 4 months after they opened, might have to check them out again just to see if it's improved.Originally posted by Prime-Tuning.com View PostI live down the street from there.
Ive only had it once and it didn't seem good to me at all.
I think these are my top 3 in DFW
