I made my second trip Heim BBQ in Fort Worth, and it might be my favorite at the moment. I haven't tried the ribs yet, but the only thing I didn't really like was their pinto beans.

Brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, sausage, twice baked potato salad are all freaking delicious. They open at 11 and are usually completely sold out an hour or two later.

Ive been meaning to try this one. What days are they usually open? One time I went by at 11 and they weren't open.

Wow! That sucks. Only been there a couple of times (think I still got a "beer" card to drink from there) but it was the only good BBQ out that way that I knew of. Hit them up once while doing a group ride on motorcycles out that way and another time when camping out at Lake Ray Roberts.

Henry and I have been there. Pretty good Q and I like the sides. It's closer to his house than mine, think my drive was like an hour to get there, but it was worth the trip. I'd do it again.

Yup, pretty fucking good 'Q, I go there once a week, except last week since I went to TDB in Addison and had a meat fest there. I judge a place by their BBQ and sides. All their BBQ items must be top notch and the sides too. This place is probably my favorite next to BLACKS in Lockhart. Slowbone comes in at number 3 in my list.

Have ya been to Hutchins BBQ over in McKinney. Had some BBQ from there the other day dam good que. Would like to go to the place and eat all you,can eat.
