Looked into it some more last night. Seems like a pretty cool deal. There were some people using torch like deals to sear their meat as well. Waste of money. Those chambers are tiny and seriously limit what you can do. Just got a Searzall and hot damn....it's worth it. Brush on a little butter and you get a great crust. Just make sure to set it up properly.
