Who's got some good no bean recipes? Having a cook off at work and am thinking of mixing it up with trimmed and cubed brisket. I usually do 1/2 chuck and 1/2 chopped up stew meat.

I cheat. It's a lot of work, but good, other than the Italian sausage. I replace it with good sausage.

Yup, or even some venison in there as well. I change it up pretty much every time.Originally posted by 46Tbird View PostInstead of ground beef, go to your best bbq joint and pick up a pound or two of smokey sliced brisket and dice it up.Originally posted by stevoNot a good idea to go Tim 'The Toolman' Taylor on the power phallus.
