Anyone else cooking? I think I'm gonna keep it simple and make some etouffee. I must resist the urge to make something crazy and elaborate, lol!

I'm making two veg meals for this week.
Today I made cajun spiced garlic grits, with vegetable broth and almond milk to make them creamy. Then made a batch of kale, mushrooms, bBishoped peas, onions, balsamic/worchestshire sauce thickened with nutitional yeast and whole wheat flour.
Poured them over the grits, fucking tasty!
Tuesday I'll make a batch of red beans and brown rice
I'll post the recipes in the pumping iron forum

We need to go back for some more of that chowder stuff we had at the BBQ place sometime this week (can't remember which type exactly, other than it was damned tasty.)
