        This should be interesting. While I am worried about August passing and my VA and Social security being shut down, the country needs fixed

          I think they are making a reach here but it is an interesting argument.

          However, let's say they are successful and the debt ceiling is declared unconstitutional. All that will do is force the Republican's to shut down the government at the next round of budget negotiations.
