      I saw the word "perfectly" in there a few times.

      I am sorry, but the last time I looked up perfect was probably in the first or second grade and I am PRETTTTY sure it did not translate to 30% approval rating.

        After reading through that, I'm guessing that most of them didn't know the president KNEW that there were steps to follow and ignored all of them to demand to be seen by a joint session that wasn't planned in advance
