I figured that card would be pulled out as the argument weakened. I'm not saying "No" to abortion, but it's still a surgical procedure and should be treated as such.

With any other surgical procedure, you can waive any portion of information. No one is forced to view information, all they have to do is sign saying information was offered.

The Texas law, enacted in 2011, requires abortion providers to display the ultrasound images and describe them in detail. Women cannot decline to hear the physician's description of the image unless they qualify for an exception under the statute. Exceptions include if the woman suffered rape or incest or if the fetus has abnormalities.

You'd think a woman would discuss an abortion. If either party goes behind their spouse's back and makes that kind of decision, there are probably bigger flaws in the relationship. It's probably not the best situation to bring a child into, anyways.

The line that has been established in, to the best of my knowledge, EVERY state in the Union. If you don't know what that line is, I suggest you educate yourself on the topic before you come off as even more uneducated than you do.

For the record, murder is not abortion, and abortion is not murder. Two different terms for two different actions.
