Most of that crap is 70's tech anyways. Rows and rows of equipment that a laptop can do.

I still think it's funny that people are impressed by the Aegis system that they show on the commercials. My father helped install that system and he got out of the Navy in '93.Originally posted by Z06killinsbf View PostThe W88 has a 475 Kt rating to that. Times 4-5 per missile, times 24 missiles per submarine, times 16 submarines (US not counting England) capable of carrying these weapons with a 5k nm range. Now tell me again we can't make some parking lots.

We have several that would destroy HUGE swaths of land and glass it. ICBMs are bad bad things.Originally posted by svo855 View PostWe no longer have any nukes that can do what you are describing. I know for a fact that they sent 8 year olds and younger to fight us. So women and children? There's every possibility those 'innocents' weren't. But going straight off the news reports he was wrong. However it cannot be stressed enough they send women and children to battle usOriginally posted by svo855 View PostI am being serious when I say this. Why not kill the children over there? The fighters that we are facing today were in their early teens when we killed their fathers at the beginning of the war 10 years ago. If we are serious about total victory then we will have to go old testament on the entire population of that country. If we don't have the nuts for that we may as well not ever try fighting an irregular war.

Very poor example, if you were trying to make a point. Besides, I'm thinking Jeremy said that tongue-in-cheek.
This got a lot more attention from "Barry the messiah" than the Fort Hood massacre did. Hmmmm.

I in no way said he was right, and I absolutely do not believe in targeting women and children. However I can see the need of someone who's been in a firefight and seen his brothers die and seen Obama sucking Karzi's cock to strike out. Is it right? Absolutely not. Can I see the point of view? Absolutely.Originally posted by Slowhand View Postlmao, leave it to forever frost to rationalize this.
War is hell.
