    I'll still be in the US and a citizen, but exempt from Federal Income Tax.

    It'll suck even more if the insurance companies get their mitts on it, and use it to determine how you drive, i.e. recklessly or like a little old lady, and use that info to either give you a decent rate, or rape you with an extremely high one....

    Don't forget that Ford or Chevy will plug into that box when you bring your new Mustang or Camaro in for warranty work. They'll see you've been running it to redline a lot and say you were racing and voided your warranty!
