Some of what he did was acceptable, he also ushered in the (second) largest domestic bills spending of all time. Remember how the media constantly painted Bush as being a dunce and an idiot? His Justice Department won't. I think they'll let it go until after the election then see what happens. If Obama gets re-elected, they will get special counsel. If Romney gets the nod, they'll prosecute under his administration.
