all of this is irrelevant, the case law is written, the government can apply any tax against your will. This bill was passed unconstitutionally, it was presented unconstitutionally. What people don't seem to understand is why are we even discussing constitutional law? We don't have a president that follows the constitution, the whole argument is.

Something to think on. Taxes are started by the House. This bill was started in the Senate. It took a veteran's bill, gutted it from word one and put Obamacare in place of it.

What I'm saying is it doesn't matter, he'll still enact it. I can't even sit here and type out all of the things he has done that are flat out unconstitutional. The house already has a repeal vote on July 9th. The repeal motion will pass and the president will simply ignore it. We have gotten to this point because of countless unconstitutional fiats and executive decrees. The guy is simply a dictator.

2. Declared War on Libya w/o Congressional approval provision for 60 days if an attack on US land or forces. Article I Sec. 8

Overthrew State governments with Stimulus Package-1607(b): “If funds provided to any State in any division of this Act are not accepted for use by the Governor, then acceptance by the State legislature, by means of the adoption of a concurrent resolution, shall be sufficient to provide funding to such State.”

5. GM bailout only congress has any authority with money

6. ObamaCare initiated with a presidential decree, all taxation must originate in the house, the holder of the purse.

7. Matheson affair Bribery w/ judge appointments Article II Sec. 4 states he is worthy of impeachment

8. The war in Libya with no authorization by Congress, and when they didn’t agree he decided to go against his legal advisors anyway (Constitutional Lawyer that he is NOT).
