        2% in 2015
        2.5% in 2016

That's right, they slip it in slow. If people really understood how fundamentally this will change their lives there would be more concern. Your life in this country will be separated into two parts, before Obamacare and after.

I'm a direct descendant of a Revolutionary War General. I have no problem with that.

WOW.. WTF is Robert's smoking? Even Kennedy was against it and he's the normal swing vote.

I really don't get it with Roberts. His vote has to be a shock to everyone. His history is that of someone that is more of a constitutionalist.

                  Again, WTF.

I wad just thinking about this in the shower.

You want free speech? No problem! Just pay this $1000 annual tax and free speech is yours! But there's just one thing... Because we're taxing you, we have the right to tell you what qualifies as free speech!

You want a firearm? Be my guest! You'll only need to pay a $5000 annual tax per firearm owned!

This was a surprise, really? This is just another step in the direction we have been heading for a long time.

Its not my change at all. (Although I don't think you actually meant me)

I didn't realize the fines were so much. In part of the opinion is says "The payment is not so high that there is really no choice but to buy health insurance;...". I would have to disagree with that statement.

I dunno. Insurance is fucking expensive. We have 2 adults and a child in my family and it is $500 a month.

$2000 for the whole year doesn't look like much when you spend $6000 a year.

Article I, Section 7 states that all revenue bills shall originate in the House of Representatives.

SCOTUS, while upholding it, just said that the Obamacare individual mandate is a tax despite dems adamantly insiting it was not a tax when they ramrodded it through.

Obamacare, which is a tax per SCOTUS, originated in the Senate in 2009 circumventing the Constituion (big surpise, right?).

Opened the door for another SCOTUS challenge in the near future?
