I guess I don't see the problem with not listing specifics you don't have, especially when you are concerned with ending the bipartisan stalemate that's happening now. By saying the Romney administration wants to work with congress to make the best decisions, they are saying that the President and Vice President should not do this alone, they need the help of their supporting cast in coming up with viable long term solutions.
It's a much better way of doing things rather than making promises you can't keep, and alienating congress because of them.Last edited by Silverback; 10-15-2012, 08:41 PM.

I just read the god damn exchange, and it makes me dislike Chris Wallace all the much more. Just because the study is conservative leaning does not make it non-credible.

This. A good leader states the goal, then works with everybody getting there. You don't have to know the specifics upfront. These people don't know the first thing about project management or coaching sports, which is what this and all legislation boils down to.Originally posted by Silverback View PostI guess I don't see the problem with not listing specifics you don't have, especially when you are concerned with ending the bipartisan stalemate that's happening now. Unlike Obama-care, which was ramrodded thru Congress without any say or discovery."Self-government won't work without self-discipline." - Paul Harvey

Who is claiming Romney as the messiah? And care to explain how adding 6 trillion to the debt is cutting it by half?Originally posted by A+ View PostSo everyone is going to turn against fox news now because they spoke ill of their Messiah? So his economic plan doesn't make sense mathematically, big deal, I thought everyone knew that.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

The whole messiah thing is my idea. As for the 6 trillion, that's not cutting it in half. I like some of Romney's ideas but if his economic plan doesn't make sense mathmatically, then it can't be done but it seems like no one seems to care about that. I understand everyone wants a new talking head in the white house but if you're voting for him because he can fix the economy, idk, it looks like he might need to revise his plan.Originally posted by Forever_frost View PostWho is claiming Romney as the messiah? Rhetoric is what wins elections so maybe it'll work for him as it has worked for many past and present presidents.....bro....
