Nope, but I also don't see anything too offensive or anything the usurps the constitution in there either. The only thing I really disagree with is the ppart about providing training for active shooter situations. That's what city/county tactical units are for. No federal funds should be going towards that.

I have been twice and it is the best training you can have in LE in my opinion. The last time we actually used our high school. Sometimes it is appalling to see how fellow officers react under stress though. The first one we did they used actual flash bangs to simulate grenades.

Because of Columbine we no longer wait 30 minutes or more for the Swat team to arrive. We are trained to hit the door running and go straight to the threat.

If you are on a department worth anything, you have done active shooter training anyways.

I was thinking that most of these are already in place. I'm thinking there are subsections to each of his Bullet points.. (no pun intended)

He tried to pass a law a few years ago stating that ANY one discharged from the military on a medical would not be able to purchase or own a firearm of any type.. Now the accuracy and info from this came from a Lawyer friend of mine. soooo,

But that statement might sound all great for people suffering from PTSD but what if you were discharged for a leg injury, or a back injury.

Meanwhile, over 2000 civilians have died from drone bombing in Pakistan which he personally authorized. Additionally over 170 of them were children. Oh, and he gets away with KILLING American with NO TRIAL using drones.

And lets not forget running guns into Mexico, killing untold amounts of innocents.

But, WE need stricter gun laws to protect us from ourselves.

This guy most assuredly knows this will not make us more safe. He is lusting for power, and he will acquire as much as possible, as soon as possible.
