16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

Could allow, not does allow. You're stating that as fact, and there is no supporting evidence that this is fact.Originally posted by bcoop View PostOnce again, you're making assumptions. Just because they ask, doesn't mean they report it.
And face the truth. Some people ARE a danger to themselves and others, and NEED to be reported if they do have guns. Some people are batshit nuts, and many of them are on this board.Originally posted by Gtracer View PostSo, commiefornia seems to be the place for you

As for your second comment, the government is now changing what they consider being "mentally ill". If you read the current DSM-5, it will no longer be be required to use a set guideline of each mental illness to make a determination, only a vague opinion of a doctor. Someone who was considered to be out the norm in society, come March, will be able to be labeled as mentally ill. Come March, YOU can be lawfully classified mentally ill. How is that possible? Because you are not the typical sheeple that is more worried about American Idol, if a single doctor believes (and reports) it.

Guest repliedOriginally posted by IHaveAMustang View PostJust sad that no more FTF transactions can be done. That's what I loved about being in Texas. I have bought so many guns from a trunk, or sitting in the sellers passenger side seat.
A quick handshake and a thanks and walking away.
Guarantee if FTF requires a FFL now, FFL dealers will raise prices because they know they are necessary now.
They'll still be done with regularity, I'm sure.
