And your response was logical? Spew ignorance, an it comes right back to you, smart guy. What I said about overreacting, well, that's a fact. Just look at all of the posts on here as evidence.

    16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

Could allow, not does allow. You're stating that as fact, and there is no supporting evidence that this is fact.

And face the truth. Some people ARE a danger to themselves and others, and NEED to be reported if they do have guns. Some people are batshit nuts, and many of them are on this board.

I'm pretty sure that #16 is applying to psychologists more than your Primary care doctor when he's giving you a flu shot

I am not sure what you are trying to say, I didn't say some would, many would or all world, I said it ALLOWS them to do it. Before, they were NOT allowed to do it, now they ARE allowed to do it.You are attempting to read more into someone's comments just for the sake of arguing.

As for your second comment, the government is now changing what they consider being "mentally ill". If you read the current DSM-5, it will no longer be be required to use a set guideline of each mental illness to make a determination, only a vague opinion of a doctor. Someone who was considered to be out the norm in society, come March, will be able to be labeled as mentally ill. Come March, YOU can be lawfully classified mentally ill. How is that possible? Because you are not the typical sheeple that is more worried about American Idol, if a single doctor believes (and reports) it.

    Oh...then reading comprehension owns me.

Hopefully it will die on the floor.

It is funny how people have already forgot the current regime squeezed and squeezed and squeezed Democrats who opposed 0bamacare until they voted to support it.

Guarantee if FTF requires a FFL now, FFL dealers will raise prices because they know they are necessary now.

They'll still be done with regularity, I'm sure.

It still has to go through legislation.
