    I think the NE is expected to follow his agenda. I also think they'll lose citizens, as they've been doing, as they go further left.

    Hopefully, they'll counter the effects of a left leaning hispanic population..

    Maybe it's to help NY's economy by spending less on ammo. Besides, wasn't it in NYC where they had an issue dumping excessive rounds into(or at least towards) suspects a few years back?

    I guess they had to pass it to see what was in it. I was listening to the radio and one of the senators who voted against it brought this up while one of the ones who voted for it said "It was an oversight, we'll clarify it but the important part was passing it."
