ATF operation ripped off

I got charged by the ATF for something I had no involvement with. They waited 15 months to file charges for indictment, and it was just shy of two years from when the incident happened before I got arrested.

Needless to say, I went through 9 months of hell, was in jail in two states for almost a month, and spent in excess of $50K in Attorney fees fighting to protect my innocence. I was acquitted of all charges "with prejudice" after a four day trial. Took the jury 36 minutes to decide that there was no way that I was involved. The jury foreman stood up and told the Judge that there was not any discussion of the decision of the case. It was clearly evident that the defendant was wrongfully charged by the ATF agent.
