Kelly Johnson, the father of high performance American aircraft design, who had a hand in the P-38, P-80, F-104, U2, and the Blackbird family of aircraft, and who created the Lockheed Skunk Works, was actually pretty good.

I was sort of hoping that would happen to us. LOL

Meh, not as much fun as it sounds.

Multiple people with weapons staring at us while two individuals searched our car, and then searched our phones (I'm assuming to make sure we hadn't taken video or pictures). I damn sure wasn't about to start talking about my "rights", I'm pretty sure they didn't care.

I didn't sleep for a couple of days. My mind kept going into "movie" mode, half expecting to get blindfolded and tossed in a van or something. lol.

I've made that run a couple of times. Although after being stopped and "talked to" on the other route, I was not so politely asked to never find myself in that area again.

x2. There is more than one way to get there by vehicle, if you know where to look. The road that Tali is talking about is the more well known and less patrolled way. You can make it much farther down that road than you can a different road before being stopped and searched at gun point. just FYI.

It was sort of public. It didn't have a sign name off 375, went from paved, to gravel for several miles, then BACK to paved, which was really weird. It was about 12 miles out into nowhere iirc.
