The waitress, Samantha, at The Lil Al'e'inn in Rachel told us that some foreigner decided to be a smartass and piss over the fence line and got arrested. When you get arrested out there, they take your ass to jail about 100 miles away in one direction, and impound your car 100 miles away in the other direction. And there is NOTHING out there, so good luck with running. We didn't stop, we just made a circle at the gatehouse and kept on trucking. Didn't see a soul.

I wasn't even there, but just imagining that scares the crap out of me.

[x] Area 51 removed from bucket list.

Cuz I strolled up wif my pimphand strong and yelled "make me a sammich"

They spoke with me because I stopped. No one in their right mind would "run" in a situation like that. That's basically saying "I'm up to no good, please light me up". I was perhaps a half mile down the road when I noticed an SUV with bright lights hauling ASS up behind me, and a couple of 4x4 trucks coming in from in front of me. As BP said, they knew they didn't have to "chase" me, there was no where I was going without running into someone. And that's just the folks that I SAW. Who knows how many others were looking at me without my knowledge.

What we got here is a little game of show and tell. You're showing me nothing, but telling me everything.

That'll vary by what's going on. Just say hypothetically that we somehow had a Russian pilot decide he wanted to defect and bring his fancy new Mig-35 with him. That plane and pilot would probably end up somewhere like Area 51 for a while and any time it's not indoors I bet the security would get tightened up. That same road we have photos of might have a series of barricades setup to go along with a few strategically placed gunners. Then have a couple of helicopters flying around, a few drones and a couple of assault teams on stand by.

Most days I'd imagine it's just some security guards on ATVs and lots of cameras but if something special is going on it's going to be on lock down.

I am fully aware. We were in the wrong, and I know that. I was simply stating that I wasn't about to act like all of the idiots you see on youtube pissing off cops about their "rights."

Just stating that the whole situation was intense.

    Much better.
