so chipotle tried to employ illegal aliens, got caught, and had to let them go. if anything, the illegal aliens should be happy that they at least tried to hire them...it's not their fault that the government cracked down on them and made them fire them. it's not like chipotle took a stand against illegals or something like that...

They weren't obeying the law, "a substantial number" of their 1,200 employees were fired because the gov't MADE them. I do agree on the protesters. They shoulda checked their status, rolled em up in a giant tortilla and shipped em back to Mexico.Originally posted by GhostTX View PostX2. I'll support them for OBEYING THE LAW.

Hopefully they suffer very heavy fines for employing them at all. No work = no illegals. Its a very simple solution to the whole problem.Originally posted by STANGGT40 View Postso chipotle tried to employ illegal aliens, got caught, and had to let them go. if anything, the illegal aliens should be happy that they at least tried to hire them...it's not their fault that the government cracked down on them and made them fire them. it's not like chipotle took a stand against illegals or something like that...

Read the article, most of the protestors were from the local SEIU union who represents none of the employees. They just decided to be traitors to this country and protest.Originally posted by racrguyWhat's your beef with NPR, because their listeners are typically more informed than others?Originally posted by racrguyVoting is a constitutional right, overthrowing the government isn't.
