I doubt it as well. My hatred helped put me out of the Army but if it's any consolation, the doctors say it's because of the chemical imbalance from the injury and the soft tissue damage and is being treated with medication and over a decade of therapy as well as hanging out with other veterans.

We don't. "First world" is a holdover term from the Cold War. It represented developed democratic countries under a western influence (North America, western Europe, Australia, Japan, etc). "Second world" was communism and "third world" was everything else.
