I know my rights but given the choice of a roadside sobriety test and heading home or being booked and blood drawn I'm taking the roadside test. Or if I really am drunk I'm taking your route and calling an attorney the first chance I get.Comment

Breath test is for bac, sobriety test is for anything that may be impairing that will not show up on a breath test.

I'm trying to understand, Richard. I believe e all know our rights or at the very least understand them.
