Not necessarily. There is certainly a rise, especially in the Denver area, in the liberal youth population. However, the rest of the state does not see it the same way. Conservatives just won huge recall elections, outspent 10:1.

i have to agree with this statementOriginally posted by Zfan View PostCalifornia deserves this, they voted these clowns in now they can deal with them. Go hug a tree you liberal scumbags!
Some of the blame also has to lie with the voter who would vote against them if the actually got off their lazy asses and voted. The commies are far outnumbered in a state where theyre not even wantedOriginally posted by lowthreeohz View PostOh i know, but everyone wishes so much ill will on cali and it's going to happen and bite us all in the ass too. Oregon started experiencing this years ago, POS cali families moving up from their 300k shithole home, buying something in a nice neighborhood, and fucking it all up. then voting in stupid ass laws and taxes, bringing their gang affiliations, drug crimes, etc
There used to be bumper stickers all over that said "Save Oregon - Nuke California". That is a generally well accepted mindset in the PNW.

I will say that growing up in LA, they really did need to take some drastic steps to control the smog. And there has been a huge improvement as compared to when I was a kid.Originally posted by Baba Ganoush View PostIt's all good fellas! But then I have to help pay for your toll road that I will rarely if ever use! I'd rather the toll roads stay and taxes do not increase.Originally posted by Sean88gt View PostI think someone could float a bill to raise gas tax by $.15-18/per gallon, provide the math to support, and shut toll roads down - then let the voters decide.
Of course, if and when I am forced to drive toll roads I'm sure my opinion will change.
BTW.. They have toll roads in Cali too.. And they are way more expensive!Originally posted by Baba Ganoush View PostWe lol @ CA taxes, then spend $100 on toll roads to sit in traffic.
Yeah, they're stupieder!

Only stupieds commute from McKinney to Ft. worth.Originally posted by Sean88gt View PostBut the ability around them is going away. Take a trip down 121 from Mckinney to Ft. Worth. The only direct shot is being converted to tolls and the way around it hasn't been built yet.

And the only people paying for tolls are the ones using them.
