    Not necessarily. There is certainly a rise, especially in the Denver area, in the liberal youth population. However, the rest of the state does not see it the same way. Conservatives just won huge recall elections, outspent 10:1.

    I will say that growing up in LA, they really did need to take some drastic steps to control the smog. And there has been a huge improvement as compared to when I was a kid.

    But then I have to help pay for your toll road that I will rarely if ever use! I'd rather the toll roads stay and taxes do not increase.

    Of course, if and when I am forced to drive toll roads I'm sure my opinion will change.
