The original article says they're operating down there, your link says they're planning to use the border. Who said it's impossible? The only thing that's been said is that it's not been evidenced that they are operating on the southern border.

It's entirely possible that they are, but until something shows up that indicates they are, it's just a possibility and not a certainty. The articles like the OP are merely trying to resort to scare tactics to elicit some form of reaction without providing a shred of evidence. It's possible that they'll try to insert the narrative that Obama is a pussy because he isn't doing anything about ISIS being in Mexico during the election cycle and that's why you should vote republican. I just don't understand the need for manufactured boogiemen, there are enough legitimate ones out there that I think they serve no valid purpose.
