It's not enough to stop him from being able to own a gun, just too much for him to get a CHL. He also apparently doesn't have a current driver's license, because he doesn't believe in paying tickets. That's why he does all that cop block shit. He thinks they don't have the authority to write traffic tickets. He's just too fucking crazy to have a CHL, and I'm glad the state recognizes that.
