I was there next to McDonalds watching it happen wondering if I was about to be killed for being white. I was terrified. Dallas PD escorted me and my friends about a block away and told me to get the hell out of the area. Sadly I think scenes like this will eventually play out in most large cities across the U.S. as the economy sinks and Gov. dependence increases...pretty sure they want it to happen.

Wife has this, can talk for ever with it, Will charge a phone 5 or 6 times.Originally posted by 1carcrazyguy View PostSo they decide to cancel school tomorrow. The kids walk out of school today to start rioting. So let's give them tomorrow off!!! That makes a lot of sense.
Side note: what kind of phone does the CNN reporter have that he can walk around all day on the phone and still have battery???

Just like the trash in Ferguson?Originally posted by 01yz2nv View PostThey all have smiles on their faces and cell phones in their hand in those pics. They couldn't care less about the fella that lost his life in custody. It's an excuse to steal and act like thugs. As far as cutting those fire hoses go, that can be considered attempted murder, on top of all the crimes toward the PD.

The City has stated they will prosecute all that can be identified.Originally posted by zachary View PostSo after an incident like this, with all the great photos and technology to spread them around, do police track down those seen looting and damaging property in these pictures?Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Tear gas? Bean bags rounds? The Ultra Low Frequency machine?Originally posted by 2000 vert View PostSo im watching cnn and the guy is giving them shit about not doing enough and waiting too long to react. What do you think they would say if they would have just ran in sarted shooting them all? it really is a no win situation for law enforcement.
This! Don't run or mess with the police. Like or not like the LEOs, right or wrong accusation, you don't antagonize them during a ticket or arrest. It's only going to get from bad to worse for you.Originally posted by Magnus View PostI don't think someone should die for that, but I also think when you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
Take your ticket like a man and move on.
For all we know (at this point), the injury was sustained from a tackle to guy while he was running from police. Maybe it happened in the van, maybe it didn't. If it happened through a malicious act by an officer, they deserve prison time for sure, but I can't help but think how he'd still be alive today if he would have just taken his ticket like a man.

I'll disagree. It is quite relevant.Originally posted by racrguy View PostAnd completely irrelevant to what happened.
18 charges, with 2 in March of this year. This type of attitude and behavior clearly explains why he didn't just take his ticket and walk. It also explains the police's lack of compassion as he is a known criminal and repeat offender.
Should he have died for pissing in public? No. He probably should have been shot during one of the multiple other altercations in which he was involved. Did it give the police the right to fuck him up? No. Should they be held accountable? Absofuckinglutely.
Please understand that this in no way condones the actions of the police. But to say that his record is irrelevant seems a bit of a stretch. Malicious destruction of property, second degree assault, burglary, tons of possession charges. You cannot tell me that someone with those [recent] charges is going to cooperate, take a citation, and go on with life like you or I would. It speaks to his character. Plain and simple.
