The English language is ever changing. Liberal does not mean what it used to. Nor does republican and democrat. Kinda like the word nigger. It was once a derogatory word. 1. Obammy has indeed been open to new behavior or opinions in lieu of traditional values, e.g. The Arab Spring in Libya discarded the traditional Middle Eastern strongman in favor of a melting pot theocracy.
2. Obammy does indeed possess general knowledge and experience in lieu of technical or professional training, e.g. his wealth of experience as Community Organizer.
