how much weed would it take for me to land in a federal court? i know of one person ever that i can think of, and that was nate newton, and hehad, 60+ lbs.? Marijuana under 1oz. in dallas county is largely dismissable, and almost an instant throw away, or probation and gtfo case in dallas county.Comment

You do not get it. ANY amount could get you into federal court if they see fit to file the charge there. Get caught will any amount in DC and you will find yourself in federal court. Getting caught with some in TX will get you in front of a federal judge if they want to twist your arm to get something from you or if that is the only way they can get you behind bars if they believe you belong there.Originally posted by Tremor14 View PostMagnus, I am your father. Back on topic, it doesn't look like they're ever going to get it. It looks like all they are ever going to be able to do is wail in the streets like they're good at, but never actually achieve gun control. I'm not becoming complacent, but it seems to always.. fail. Dallas PD has the option to just write you a ticket now, but they aren't exercising that option. They're still locking people up for it.
