Well you're the clown saying judge don't write laws. They sure as hell try to by changing the meaning of the law of the land with their "decisions." It's a particular disease of the left, and people like you that think they know better than everyone else. It's the entire reason the Dems keep Congress a shit show, so they can use the courts to shape laws or appointed bureaucrats. It's also the same reason they hate Trump so much. It isn't what he does, but the judges he appoints that really tick them off and hurt their agenda. It's also why Kavanaugh was accused of rape with no evidence. They also tried to paint Gorsuch as discriminating against disabled, women, LGBTQ, etc.

Judges, shouldn't write laws, but when they make their "decisions" they are in some cases definitely re-writing laws, which is the same thing.

Of course the lack of substance to your claim, could just be a reflection of the lack of substance between your ears, which seems to be the norm these days.

Then riddle me this oh wise one. When is the ATF going to start stomping around collecting all these illegal machine guns that are not protected by the 2nd Amendment? Surely you can point to the emergency letter sent out by the ATF to every FFL instructing the them to stop selling AR-15s.
