Technically, it is true that they don't have to pick your beaten body up off the street; that is EMT's role. And they don't have to extinguish burn victims because firefighters do that.

    Dont rely on them

Warren v. District of Columbia[1] (444 A.2d. 1, D.C. Ct. of Ap. 1981) is an oft-quoted[2] District of Columbia Court of Appeals case that held that the police do not owe a specific duty to provide police services to citizens based on the public duty doctrine.
“The Police Have No Obligation To Protect You. Yes, Really.”

In cases such as DeShaney v. Winnebago County (1989) and Castle Rock v. Gonzales (2005), the Supreme Court has declined to put police and other public authorities under any general duty to protect individuals from crime. The decisions have been broadly unpopular, but Mike McDaniel at PJ Media takes the Court’s side on policy grounds: “This [lack of a particularized duty] might seem absolutely outrageous, but it is logical, rational, and unquestionably necessary.”
    Etc

No, they don't have to protect Individuals.

Warren v DC, Gonzales v Castle Rock.

They watched people get beat last night with shovels and no one was arrested. Why? They don't have an obligation to step in.

      • I can't believe people in this day and age don't have those two cases memorized by now.

            • UC Berkeley's President?

Just Obama's former Homeland Security Secretary. Big Sis.

Amid the violent protests that prompted the cancellation on Wednesday of Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos’s speech at the University of California at Berkeley, it may be instrumental to recall that UC President Janet Napolitano - former secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama - has been a key player in providing sanctuary to illegal aliens.

PV has delivered as promised throughout the last year and election. They documented indictable and prosecutable crimes to include...... inciting riots, rioting, election fraud, conspiracy to commit you name it, and BUTCHERING AND SELLING BABY PARTS FOR PROFIT!!!!! That's just to name a few.

I read on other forums and hear people talking shit about O'Keefe and how he over sells and under delivers. Same thing with Assange/Wikileaks. The truth is that both of those men, whatever their intentions, provided enough evidence to warrant a revolution. The sad fact is, the spineless and sometimes traitorous people that we have elected and the folks they have appointed to enforce federal law gave no fucks. The American people gave even less fucks.

Getting Soros won't be easy. The amount of global influence that man has is astounding. I can only imagine the things that would takeplace in and outside our borders if Soros is ever indicted and adjudicated for his crimes. I pray that DJT and Sessions are up for that kind of fight.

                            • No one is untouchable. Maybe Soros would just accidentally "fall out of bed" one morning and not get back up.

If they were US citizens, they would not be deported. If they weren't US citizens, they shouldn't have been allowed to vote, and that's just more evidence of voter fraud.
