If I were Trump I would strap one as much weight as I could carry and keep hidden and step on a scale that the reporter provides just to see his face when the scale reads 350lbs. In the resulting press freak out I would explain that the unusual weight is caused by having very large brass balls.

Why? The case is no different than any other capital murder case. The man on trial just knows that there is no way out of a conviction but isn't scared about it and is clowning around. I would do the exact same thing if I were in his shoes.
