This is an good example of why it is appropriate in many (though not all) cases for the criminal justice system to maintain felony offense records for life. Such records can serve as a valuable public notice that the offender, in this case naynay, should first be assumed to be a dumbass for getting a conviction in the first place and second to be likely to repeat said dumbassery in the future.
