I think something we can all agree on is how does an individual get investigated three times by the FBI and this doesn't show on the FBI's own NICS background check when he's purchasing the rifle?

A story on Yahoo (I think) said that the shooter bought them from a local to him store owned by a retired NYPD Detective and that the store was closed today but the ATF and FBI were there.

This is going to be a pretty open and shut case and the investigation will just show that the shooter acted alone and there was noway to predect his future actions.
